Weight Management

One on One Training - A 60 minute session with an exercise specialist that combines the components of strength, endurance, aerobic power, flexibility, and coordination.

Me & My Buddy - A 60 minute session that pairs two individuals with an exercise specialist. This gives each individual the comfort of working with a friend with similar goals while under the close supervision of one of our fitness professionals. A great alternative to One on One Training.

My Big Fit Wedding - Transform your body in 8 weeks with "My Big Fit Wedding" program. Whether you're a bride, mother-of-the-bride, groom, bridesmaid, or anyone who needs to get in shape for a special event in a short period of time, "My Big Fit Wedding" is perfect for you.

This package includes a focused and structured program of toning & weight loss, continous fitness assessments, and goal setting designed to help transform your body and fitness level in just 8 weeks.

Participants work with their Fitness Coach on a regular schedule - NO EXCUSES. *Upon registering, you are required to commit to a minimum of three days each week for a consecutive 8 week period.

Life Quality Program - This well-being program is for the "Average" human being looking to improve the quality of his/her life through fitness and support. The choices are 6 month, and 12 month program through our Easy Payment Plan.

    Now I'm Fit Kidz (NIF Kidz)

    According to the American Obesity Association, 30.3% of children ages 6-11 are overweight and 15.3% are obese.

    Children should be learning about the extreme dangers of being overweight and obese as well as engaging in daily fitness-based activities. In the "Now I'm Fit Kidz" program offered exclusively at Dolphin Fitness Club located in Flushing, NY, children ages 6 - 12 can participate in a program that will teach them how to stay healthy and fit. With simple to use machines and fun engaging games, your children will enjoy themselves while working out.

    Our program is circuit based and consists of both resistance and cardio stations. Each class will include working through the circuit as well as participating in team-games designed to reach each child's personal goals and improve social development. With small classes and certified personal trainers as instructors, your child will receive one-on-one attention while in our program. Classes will center on teaching children how proper exercise, training, and nutrition can improve health and wellbeing. Classes are for children at any level of fitness and are conducted in a judgment-free manner; each and every child will feel the benefits of a healthier lifestyle and group activities.
